Where litigation is necessary or inevitable to achieve those goals, we stand ready to zealously represent our clients’ interests through every step of the litigation process and appellate procedures. When litigation is not necessary, we offer substantial expertise in a broad range of alternate dispute resolution solutions, including settlement, mediation, and arbitration.
Terence P. Ruf, primarily practices in Chester County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Civil litigation matters, but also has extensive experience handling matters in Montgomery County, Delaware County, Bucks County, and Philadelphia County.
